Arkansas Mugshot Removal Law
Arkansas has a specific booking-photo law for private publish-for-pay mugshot sites. Act 450 of 2021, codified at Ark. Code Ann. § 4-75-102, applies to private websites that publish booking photographs and charge or request payment for removal. The law requires removal within five business days after a written request and says payment cannot be required for removal.
