This is a private reference site, not a Randolph County or Arkansas government office. It cannot confirm whether someone is in custody, approve release, post bond, schedule visits, pull official booking records, or provide ACIC or NCIC criminal-history information. Use the official offices and locator systems below for those tasks.

Use the record path that matches the question you are trying to answer.

  • For someone believed to be in the county jail, use the jail inmate records page and confirm current status with Randolph County Detention Center.
  • For booking photos or roster photo context, use jail roster mugshots and remember that photo availability depends on the official record source.
  • For charges and court events after an arrest, search Arkansas court records at ARCourts or contact Circuit Clerk Debbie Wise at 870-892-5522.
  • For the local jail facility itself, review the Randolph County Detention Center page listed in the footer.
  • For a sentenced state prisoner, use the Arkansas Department of Corrections and Arkansas Division of Correction locator at https://inmate.ark.org/.
  • For federal custody, use the BOP inmate locator at https://www.bop.gov/inmateloc/; for immigration custody, use ICE ODLS at https://locator.ice.gov/odls/case-status.jsp.
  • For custody notifications, check VINELink Arkansas if notification service is the goal instead of a records request.

Arkansas FOIA may allow requests for incident or offense reports, accident reports, jail booking records, warrant records, civil process records, citations, and dispatch logs. Access can still be limited by active-investigation, personnel, sealed or expunged, juvenile, and other exemptions. The Randolph County Sheriff's Office FAQ also notes that the sheriff cannot provide ACIC or NCIC criminal-history or background-check information.
