Where to Look for an Inmate or Record

For Randolph County jail matters, start with the Randolph County Detention Center operated by Sheriff Kevin Bell. The jail is located at 1510 Pace Road, Pocahontas, AR 72455, and the main phone number is 870-892-8888. Administrative hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. For an emergency, call 911.

Arkansas FOIA may allow requests for incident or offense reports, accident reports, jail booking records, warrant records, civil process records, citations, and dispatch logs. Access can still be limited by active-investigation, personnel, sealed or expunged, juvenile, and other exemptions. The Randolph County Sheriff's Office FAQ also notes that the sheriff cannot provide ACIC or NCIC criminal-history or background-check information.
